Un hombre está delante de un hospital. Está sufriendo un ataque al corazón. Siente dolor. Se cae al suelo.
Hay una ambulancia aparcada cerca. Un paramédico se sienta en la ambulancia. Se queda mirando al hombre. Al cabo de 30 segundos, el paramédico va hacia él. No le ayuda. Los dos hombres sólo hablan. El paramédico vuelve a la ambulancia. El hombre que está en el suelo muere.
El paramédico pierde su trabajo. También debe hacer 240 horas de servicio comunitario.
