Proyecto de energía eólica en los EAU – nivel 1

Los Emiratos Árabes Unidos (EAU) tienen su primer gran proyecto de energía eólica. Lo realiza una empresa llamada Masdar.
Este proyecto puede producir electricidad para 23.000 casas al año. También ayuda al aire. 120.000 toneladas de emisiones de CO2 no llegarán al aire. Es lo mismo que eliminar 26.000 coches.
Masdar trabaja con otras dos empresas, PowerChina y GoldWind International. Estas tres empresas fabrican turbinas especiales. Estas turbinas pueden producir energía aunque el viento no sea muy fuerte. A los EAU les gusta la energía limpia. También tienen energía solar y nuclear. EAU organizará pronto una gran cumbre sobre el clima. Quieren demostrar que se preocupan por el planeta.
