Putin quiere armas nucleares en Bielorrusia – nivel 3

El sábado, el presidente ruso, Vladímir Putin, declaró que estacionaría armas nucleares tácticas en Bielorrusia, vecina de Ucrania. Es una de las señales nucleares más pronunciadas de Rusia desde el comienzo de su invasión de Ucrania hace 13 meses.
Putin lo comparó con el estacionamiento de armas estadounidenses en Europa, al tiempo que insistía en que Rusia no violaría sus promesas de no proliferación nuclear.
El portavoz de la OTAN afirmó que Rusia había incumplido sistemáticamente sus compromisos de control de armamentos y que la retórica de Putin era peligrosa e irresponsable. El Ministerio de Asuntos Exteriores de Ucrania pidió una reunión extraordinaria del Consejo de Seguridad de la ONU y que la comunidad internacional adoptara medidas decisivas para impedir el uso de armas nucleares por parte de Rusia.
