El sábado, el presidente ruso Vladimir Putin dice que colocará armas nucleares en Bielorrusia. Bielorrusia es vecina de Ucrania.
Putin dice que EEUU tiene armas nucleares en Europa. Es lo mismo. Pero Putin también dice que Rusia no aumentará el número de armas nucleares. Muchos países no lo creen. El portavoz de la OTAN dice que las palabras de Putin son peligrosas. Putin incumple sus promesas en el pasado.
Los funcionarios de Ucrania quieren una reunión del Consejo de Seguridad de la ONU. Dicen que los países del mundo deben impedir que Putin utilice armas nucleares.
