Algunas empresas estadounidenses están empezando a ofrecer vacaciones ilimitadas. Esto significa que los empleados pueden tomarse todo el tiempo libre que necesiten.

Hoy en día, cada vez más empleados quieren flexibilidad en el trabajo, así que las vacaciones ilimitadas suenan muy bien. Las empresas creen que así evitarán que los empleados se marchen. También demuestra que una empresa confía en su gente y que no abusarán de la política. Pero también hay desventajas.

Si algunos empleados abusan del sistema, significará más trabajo para sus compañeros. En verano o en invierno, también podría significar que demasiada gente tendrá vacaciones, y la productividad bajará.

Actualmente, alrededor del 6% de las empresas estadounidenses ofrecen vacaciones ilimitadas, entre ellas Microsoft y Goldman Sachs.
