La Rolita es una empresa de autobuses eléctricos de Bogotá, Colombia. Es especial porque la dirigen mujeres. Está mejorando el transporte público de la ciudad.
La empresa emplea a madres solteras. Pueden hacer muy bien su trabajo. Los autobuses eléctricos de La Rolita ayudan a la ciudad a reducir la contaminación y a que el aire sea más limpio. La empresa tiene previsto poner en marcha el teleférico público y probar autobuses escolares eléctricos. La Rolita da muchas ventajas a sus empleados. Los conductores ganan 376 dólares al mes. La empresa también quiere hacer una guardería para los empleados.
