El snus blanco es una bolsita rellena de nicotina. La gente se lo pone entre la encía y el labio. No tiene tabaco, pero tiene más nicotina que un cigarrillo.
Las bolsitas suelen tener un sabor dulce y colores divertidos, lo que las hace interesantes para niños y adolescentes. Muchos jóvenes las utilizan, aunque nunca hayan fumado antes. Algunos jugadores de fútbol también las utilizan. Dicen que les ayuda a sentirse tranquilos o concentrados. A los niños les gustan los futbolistas y hacen lo mismo. Pero muchos consumidores se sienten mareados o enfermos después de consumirla. Algunos estudiantes la consumen incluso en la escuela. Los profesores dicen que los alumnos no pueden concentrarse bien después de tomarla.
Las tiendas y los sitios web venden fácilmente estas bolsitas, incluso a niños. Muchos de los productos ni siquiera tienen advertencias sanitarias. Una nueva ley va a poner fin a esto.
