Detención por crimen de guerra para Putin – nivel 1

El viernes, la Corte Penal Internacional (CPI) emite una orden de detención contra el presidente ruso Vladimir Putin. Una orden de detención es un documento oficial que indica que la policía puede detener a alguien.
123 países son miembros de la CPI. Si Putin entra en cualquiera de estos países, la policía debe detenerlo. Pero la CPI no tiene policía. Por tanto, depende realmente de los países si lo hacen. Rusia y Ucrania no son miembros de la CPI.
La CPI afirma que Rusia se lleva a cientos de niños de hogares infantiles ucranianos. Estos niños acaban en Rusia. Las familias rusas los adoptan. Se trata de un crimen de guerra. Los funcionarios rusos dicen que eso no ocurre.
