Una estación de tren cerca de casa sería para la mayoría de los viajeros algo agradable. En Hanoi, sin embargo, las cosas se pusieron un poco demasiado cerca.
En la capital de Vietnam, hay una calle en la que los trenes pasan justo por delante de las puertas de la gente. Sólo centímetros separan el tren de las casas. El tren pasa por la estrecha calle todos los días a las 16 h y a las 19 h. Los residentes suelen esconderse porque ha habido accidentes en el pasado.
Vivir allí no puede ser muy agradable, principalmente por el ruido y también por razones de seguridad.
