El cosmonauta ruso Oleg Kononenko ha batido recientemente el récord de mayor tiempo de permanencia en el espacio, y ha superado a otro ruso, Gennady Padalka.
Kononenko lo consiguió a bordo de la Estación Espacial Internacional (ISS). Habló de los problemas físicos durante el viaje espacial y del impacto que tuvo en su vida familiar. Gracias a las tecnologías modernas, pudo comunicarse con sus seres queridos en la Tierra, pero sigue lamentando perderse momentos importantes con la familia durante sus misiones prolongadas.
Aunque el programa espacial ruso atraviesa dificultades, Kononenko sigue comprometido con su trabajo.
