Marie-Louise Eta tiene 34 años. Es una entrenadora muy importante. Es la primera mujer en dirigir un equipo de fútbol masculino de primera división en Europa.

En Berlín la llaman Loui. Ella dice que el fútbol es para todos. No importa si el entrenador es hombre o mujer. Lo que importa es la confianza y trabajar duro. Eta fue una gran futbolista cuando era joven. Ahora es una gran entrenadora.

Hay gente en Internet que habla mal de ella, pero ella no les hace caso. Quiere ser un buen ejemplo para las chicas jóvenes. Le encanta su club, el Union Berlin. Quiere ganar sus partidos.
