Dos hermanas tenían tres y nueve años cuando un volcán de Bolivia entró en erupción. La tragedia, ocurrida en 1985, dejó más de 20.000 muertos. El volcán destruyó el pueblo natal de las hermanas y fueron dadas en adopción. Así fue como se separaron.
Treinta años después, una de las hermanas preguntó por su familia en un vídeo de Facebook. La otra hermana vio el vídeo y encontró a su hermana.
Ahora, tienen que ponerse al día con treinta años de la vida de cada una. También intentan averiguar qué les ocurrió a sus padres. Hasta ahora, no han tenido éxito.
