El famoso futbolista Paul Pogba ha sido sancionado con cuatro años de suspensión por dopaje.
Un control antidopaje detectó altos niveles de testosterona tras un partido. El partido tuvo lugar en agosto del año pasado, y el tribunal antidopaje de Italia prohibió a Pogba jugar al fútbol hasta agosto de 2027. Pogba, que tiene 30 años, tiene previsto recurrir. Si no tiene éxito, esta prohibición puede poner fin a su carrera. Pogba jugó en el Manchester United y en la Juventus, y ganó el Mundial con Francia. Es un futbolista de talento, pero tuvo muchas lesiones y su rendimiento no fue bueno todo el tiempo.
Pogba dijo que tomó la sustancia por accidente, pero puede ser difícil demostrarlo.
