Prohibición de los e-scooters en París – nivel 2

En 2018, París se convirtió en una de las primeras ciudades en introducir los e-scooters. Pero hay quien dice que los patinetes hacen más mal que bien.
Los detractores de estos vehículos a batería dicen que se ven implicados en muchos accidentes. Los conductores suelen ir a gran velocidad, se mueven entre el tráfico y a menudo no llevan casco. En París, niños de tan sólo 12 años pueden alquilar legalmente el patinete a través de una aplicación de teléfono.
El creciente número de accidentes en los que están implicados los e-scooters llevó a un referéndum sobre su prohibición. El referéndum se celebró la semana pasada y el 90% de los votantes votaron en contra de los patinetes. Pero sólo votó el 8% de los electores con derecho a voto, lo que significa que el referéndum carece de poder legal. Depende de los funcionarios cómo tratarán el resultado.
