La fusión nuclear es un proceso en el que un núcleo atómico pesado se divide. También crea mucha energía. La fusión nuclear ocurre en todas las estrellas del universo y siempre ha fascinado a los científicos. Durante muchos años, intentaron crear la fusión nuclear. Esta creación permitiría obtener energía ilimitada y limpia para las personas.
La fusión nuclear es difícil de crear. Muchas universidades y gobiernos lo intentaron con éxito.
Los científicos saben ahora cómo hacer la fusión, pero todavía no pueden iniciar la reacción de fusión. Iniciarla sería como crear una estrella en la Tierra.
