Más ayuda estadounidense para Ucrania – nivel 3

Tras un largo retraso, el Congreso estadounidense aprobó finalmente un importante paquete de ayuda exterior.
Este paquete asciende a 95.000 millones de dólares, e incluye ayudas cruciales para Ucrania, Israel, Taiwán y los socios estadounidenses en la región Indo-Pacífica. El Senado y la Cámara de Representantes aprobaron cuatro proyectos de ley, combinándolos en un paquete global. El Presidente Biden está a punto de firmarlo para convertirlo en ley. La ayuda a Ucrania asciende a 61.000 millones de dólares, y su objetivo es hacer frente a necesidades militares urgentes. El Presidente ucraniano Zelenskiy expresó su gratitud por este apoyo vital. Además, el paquete incluye fondos para contrarrestar la influencia de China en el Indo-Pacífico.
A pesar de cierta oposición, los líderes bipartidistas subrayan la importancia de apoyar a Ucrania y a otros aliados frente a la agresión rusa y otras amenazas globales.
