El viernes, un gran fallo tecnológico causó problemas en todo el mundo.
La empresa de ciberseguridad CrowdStrike, se disculpó porque la actualización de su software antivirus para Microsoft Windows causó un apagón mundial. Este problema provocó la cancelación o el retraso de muchos vuelos. Bancos, hospitales y sistemas de pago también tuvieron problemas. Aunque los expertos ya han solucionado el problema, dicen que reiniciar todos los ordenadores afectados llevará mucho trabajo y tiempo.
Microsoft dijo que 8,5 millones de ordenadores podrían tener problemas a causa de la actualización. Podría tratarse del peor ciberataque de la historia. El Centro de Seguridad Cibernética del Reino Unido y la agencia informática de Alemania advirtieron de que algunas personas podrían aprovecharse de este suceso. Este suceso ha demostrado lo mucho que dependemos de la tecnología. Llevará tiempo arreglarlo todo y volver a la normalidad.
