La animación es una impresionante representación visual del abarrotado espacio aéreo sobre Europa en pleno verano, el 21 de junio de 2013.
En julio hay una media de 30.000 vuelos diarios por el espacio aéreo europeo. Estos vuelos cubren una distancia combinada de 46 millones de kilómetros.
El vídeo muestra los aeropuertos ingleses de Londres Heathrow y Londres Gatwick, que es el aeropuerto más transitado del mundo con una sola pista. El 21 de junio, 5.675 aviones salieron o llegaron de aeropuertos británicos, y a Gatwick y Heathrow correspondieron 2.295 de esos vuelos.
