30-01-2026 07:00 Muchas personas en Europa comen salmón. Ahora no hay mucho salmón salvaje. La gente come salmón de piscifactoría. La mayor parte del salmón de piscifactoría proviene de otros países, normalmente de Noruega. Las piscifactorías ayudan a salvar a los peces salvajes. Pero también tienen problemas. Muchas piscifactorías crían a los peces en jaulas marinas. El agua sucia y los productos químicos llegan al mar. Los peces viven muy cerca unos de otros. Cuando un pez enferma, los demás también enferman. Los criadores utilizan productos químicos fuertes para evitarlo. La gente no ve estos problemas bajo el agua. Algunas piscifactorías intentan cuidar mejor a los peces. Las etiquetas ayudan a elegir mejor el salmón. Pero las etiquetas no siempre significan que los peces vivan bien.
