El gobierno holandés prohíbe los teléfonos en las escuelas – nivel 3

El gobierno holandés ha anunciado la prohibición de teléfonos móviles, tabletas y smartwatches en las aulas a partir del 1 de enero de 2024.
El objetivo es reducir las distracciones durante las clases y promover una mayor concentración y mejores oportunidades de estudio para los alumnos. Sin embargo, se permitirán los dispositivos si son específicamente necesarios para las clases de competencias digitales, por razones médicas o para alumnos con discapacidades. El ministro de Educación, Robbert Dijkgraaf, declaró que, aunque los teléfonos móviles son una parte importante de nuestras vidas, no son adecuados para las aulas, y la investigación científica respalda esta opinión.
La prohibición es el resultado de un acuerdo entre el ministerio, los centros escolares y organizaciones afines. Las escuelas tienen flexibilidad para aplicar la prohibición a su manera, pero si no se consiguen los resultados deseados antes del verano de 2024, se aplicarán las normas legales.
