La cumbre Cop28 se celebra en los Emiratos Árabes Unidos. Dura dos semanas. Cerca de 200 países hablan sobre el cambio climático.
La COP28 termina con un acuerdo. Los países deben dejar de utilizar combustibles fósiles. Es la única manera de detener el cambio climático. El acuerdo dice que todas las naciones deben llegar a cero emisiones en 2050. El presidente de la cumbre, Sultan Al Jaber, dice que es una respuesta grande e histórica al Acuerdo de París. Los países no siguen el Acuerdo de París.
Algunos están contentos con el acuerdo. Pero otros dicen que no hace lo suficiente para detener la contaminación. Algunos países necesitan más ayuda debido al cambio climático. La próxima reunión, la COP29, se celebrará en Bakú, Azerbaiyán, el próximo mes de noviembre.
