Los niños de Libia reciben ayuda – nivel 2

Muchos niños con discapacidad en Libia no pueden ir a colegios normales porque estos no tienen dinero ni profesores especializados. Por eso, muchos niños se quedan en casa y se sienten muy tristes o solos.
En 2020, una mujer y su madre pusieron en marcha un pequeño centro familiar para ayudarles. El centro está en una ciudad cerca de la capital, Trípoli. Cada día, más de 40 niños y adolescentes acuden allí para aprender a leer, escribir y hablar. Otras escuelas privadas son muy caras, pero este centro ayuda a las familias con pocos recursos y cuesta muy poco dinero.
Los padres están muy contentos con los resultados. Una niña de 6 años con síndrome de Down antes no podía hablar y solía llorar y gritar. Ahora puede hablar con claridad, decirle a su familia cómo se siente y es mucho más feliz.
