Cannabis legal en Alemania – nivel 2

Alemania legalizó recientemente el cannabis. Esto permitió a personas y grupos cultivar sus plantas y conservar cantidades limitadas de cannabis.
Las personas pueden cultivar hasta tres plantas y poseer hasta 25 gramos. Los clubes de cannabis con menos de 500 miembros también pueden producir cannabis. El objetivo es reducir el mercado negro y proteger a los jóvenes.
El ministro de Sanidad, Karl Lauterbach, defiende la ley y afirma que hoy en día son más los jóvenes que consumen cannabis. Otras personas sostienen que legalizar el cannabis no detendrá el tráfico de drogas.
