Bulgaria produce mucho aceite de rosa. Utilizamos aceite de rosa en muchos productos y cosméticos.
La semana pasada, los agricultores de Bulgaria recogieron pétalos de rosa. Ocurre antes de lo habitual debido al cambio climático. La primavera es más cálida y húmeda. Los agricultores necesitan 1.000 pétalos para hacer un gramo de aceite de rosa. Recogen los pétalos a mano. Empiezan temprano, a las 7 de la mañana. El aceite es mejor entonces.
Se necesitan unas tres toneladas de flores de rosa para hacer un kilo de aceite de rosa. Este año, el tiempo es mejor. Los agricultores obtienen más aceite. La primera fábrica de aceite de Bulgaria abre en 1820.
