El máximo tribunal de Brasil ayuda mucho a los indígenas. El tribunal dice no a un plan que les impediría obtener sus tierras.
Mucha gente está muy contenta en Brasil. Especialmente en la zona del Amazonas. Allí viven muchos indígenas. El tribunal protege su historia y sus derechos. Hay 11 jueces. Sólo dos jueces dicen sí al plan. El expresidente Jair Bolsonaro elige a estos jueces en el pasado. No le importan los indígenas.
Ante esto, a algunas personas les preocupa que los indígenas no consigan sus tierras. Sería muy malo para ellos. Así que la decisión del tribunal es realmente importante. Es una victoria para los pueblos indígenas. También demuestra que Brasil debe preocuparse más por estas personas.
