Un informe afirma que los países deberían elaborar una nueva ley sobre impuestos.
Esta ley haría que los ricos pagaran impuestos más altos. Esta ley daría a los países 250.000 millones de dólares cada año. 2.700 multimillonarios del mundo tienen 13 billones de dólares. Por tanto, es justo que paguen más. Ahora mismo, estos ricos no pagan muchos impuestos. Ocultan su dinero en empresas o en otros países. Este es un gran problema. El sistema fiscal no funciona bien.
En EEUU, los ricos pagan alrededor del 0,5% de impuestos. En Francia, pagan incluso menos. Hay quien dice que esto no es justo. Cada vez hay más ricos. Deberían ayudar con grandes problemas como el cambio climático y la pandemia de COVID-19.
