Apple abre una tienda en la India – nivel 2

El consejero delegado de Apple, Tim Cook, ha inaugurado la primera tienda minorista de la empresa en India, situada en el centro financiero de Bombay.
Llevó años de planificación y fue necesario cumplir las exigencias normativas. Por ejemplo, India dijo que Apple tenía que utilizar fuentes locales para la producción. Apple quiere aumentar el crecimiento de las ventas en India, que tiene una población de 1.400 millones de personas. La empresa quiere centrarse en otros países, no sólo en China. En el año que finalizó en marzo, las ventas de Apple en India alcanzaron casi los 6.000 millones de dólares.
La demanda mundial de tecnologías se está ralentizando, y Apple ve en la creciente clase media de India una gran oportunidad. Por ello, quiere aumentar la producción en el país.
