El consejero delegado de Apple, Tim Cook, inaugura la primera tienda de Apple en India. La tienda está situada en el centro financiero de Bombay.
La planificación lleva muchos años. Apple debe cumplir la normativa de la India. Una de las normas es que Apple debe utilizar fuentes locales. Apple quiere ganar más dinero y construir cosas en India. Es importante hacer negocios allí. Apple gana casi 6.000 millones de dólares en India en un año, hasta marzo.
Apple está añadiendo más fábricas y trabajadores para hacer cosas en la India. Es bueno porque cada vez más gente en India quiere comprar iPhones y otros productos de Apple.
