Amnistía para los separatistas catalanes – nivel 1

Los socialistas españoles y el partido separatista catalán Junts llegan a un acuerdo. El acuerdo consiste en una amnistía.
Una amnistía es un indulto para personas encarceladas. Esta amnistía es para las personas implicadas en la campaña independentista de Cataluña. La nueva ley se refiere a los hechos ocurridos desde 2012 hasta ahora, incluida la votación de 2014 y el referéndum de 2017. El referéndum es contrario a la ley. Nueve dirigentes irán a la cárcel por ello. Pero serán amnistiados en 2021.
La ley no dará nombres de personas. Carles Puigdemont es el líder de Junts. Está en Bélgica. Las autoridades españolas están luchando para traerlo de vuelta a España. Allí se enfrenta a cargos. La ley ayudará a unas 1.500 personas.
