Russell Brand, actor y cómico británico, se enfrenta a una demanda. Una mujer dice que la agredió cuando era una extra de cine durante el rodaje de la película de 2011 ‘Arthur‘.

La mujer, conocida como Jane Doe, afirma que Brand la obligó a mantener relaciones sexuales con ella en un baño. Varias otras mujeres afirman que Brand las agredió, y algunos incidentes ocurrieron hace casi 20 años. La policía británica está investigando lo ocurrido, pero la demanda de Nueva York es la primera que llega a los tribunales. La distribuidora de la película, Warner Bros Pictures, también tiene problemas. Doe dijo que sabían del mal comportamiento de Brand en el plató, pero que no hicieron nada al respecto.

Brand negó en las redes sociales haber hecho nada malo, y sus representantes no hicieron comentarios sobre la demanda.
