Hay un vídeo de este incidente en las redes sociales. Hay otras personas en el barco. Una orca macho y una orca bebé nadan cerca. La gente se ríe y aplaude cuando el hombre salta al agua. El incidente ocurre cerca de Devonport, Auckland. El hombre tiene 50 años.

Sólo hay unas pocas orcas en Nueva Zelanda. La gente debe protegerlas. Es ilegal tocar a los animales o nadar con ellos. Las autoridades dicen que también es peligroso tanto para las personas como para los animales. Es una estupidez.
