Meta es una gran empresa. Tiene Facebook, Instagram y WhatsApp. Ahora, Meta tiene un gran problema en los tribunales.
Un jurado ha dictaminado que las aplicaciones no son seguras para los niños. Meta debe pagar una gran cantidad de dinero: 375 millones de dólares. A los dirigentes de Nuevo México les alegra esta noticia. Quieren garantizar la seguridad de los niños. Dicen que a Meta solo le importa el dinero. Pero la salud de los niños es más importante.
Meta dice que eso no es cierto. Meta quiere volver a hablar con el juez. En mayo, el tribunal volverá a examinar las aplicaciones. Todo el mundo quiere que internet sea un lugar seguro para los jóvenes.
