Algunos dirigentes europeos dicen que EEUU sigue siendo un amigo. Pero Alemania dice que EEUU no debe controlar sus negocios.
El plan gusta a algunos partidos de extrema derecha en Europa. Los expertos dicen que EEUU quiere influir en Europa. A algunos europeos les preocupa porque esto puede debilitar a la OTAN.
EEUU dice que Europa debe recordar su historia. Algunos dicen que este plan puede crear problemas. Europa y EEUU deben trabajar con cuidado para seguir siendo amigos.
