Miss México, Fátima Bosch, es la nueva Miss Universo. El espectáculo tiene lugar en Tailandia.

Este año el concurso tiene muchos problemas. Antes de la final, la Srta. Bosch abandona un pequeño acto. Esto se debe a que un funcionario le habla mal en público. Más tarde, dos jueces abandonan el programa. Un juez dice que la gente que dirige el espectáculo hace trampas. El show de Miss Universo dice que no hacen nada malo. El espectáculo continúa y Miss Bosch es la ganadora. Este año, una Miss Palestina participa por primera vez en el concurso.

Aunque hay problemas, el espectáculo tiene una ganadora.
