En el norte de Japón, muchos osos se acercan a las ciudades. Hacen daño a la gente. La policía debe sacrificar algunos osos. Trabajadores japoneses van a Montana, en EEUU, para aprender buenas ideas. Allí viven muchos trabajadores expertos en osos. Ayudan a la gente y a los animales todos los días.
Los trabajadores utilizan vallas eléctricas y limpian las zonas con basura. También hablan con la comunidad y le dicen a la gente cómo mantenerse a salvo. Cuando la gente ve un oso, llama a los trabajadores y obtienen ayuda rápidamente.
Japón quiere más trabajadores formados. A muchos estudiantes les gusta este trabajo, pero no encuentran trabajo fácilmente. Japón necesita más personas que puedan ayudar con los osos y mantener a salvo a los pueblos.
