Grecia cierra escuelas – nivel 1

Grecia tiene un gran problema. La gente no tiene muchos bebés. En 2022, sólo nacerán 77.000 bebés, pero morirán 140.000 personas. Esto significa que la población es cada vez más pequeña.

Las mujeres griegas suelen tener su primer hijo a los 32 años. El número de hijos por mujer es sólo de 1,35. Como hay menos niños, Grecia cerrará más de 750 escuelas. Las escuelas han perdido 100.000 alumnos en los últimos siete años.

Otros países también tienen este problema, como Japón y Corea del Sur. Pero muchos países europeos también tienen este problema. Los expertos dicen que la vida cuesta demasiado a los jóvenes, sobre todo las casas, el cuidado de los niños y la educación. La gente espera más para casarse y tener hijos. Los expertos dicen que los gobiernos deben ayudar, o el problema empeorará.
