Kilmar García de vuelta en EEUU – nivel 2

Un hombre llamado Kilmar García fue deportado a El Salvador en marzo, pero fue un error. Ahora está de vuelta en Estados Unidos y se enfrenta a dos cargos penales.
El gobierno afirma que García realizó unos 100 viajes para introducir clandestinamente a personas de Centroamérica en Estados Unidos durante muchos años. Aunque un tribunal dijo que podía correr peligro en El Salvador, fue expulsado. Su historia cobró gran importancia, y el máximo tribunal estadounidense dijo que debía regresar para tener un juicio justo. También fue detenido por exceso de velocidad, cuando la policía pensó que estaba colaborando con el tráfico de personas, pero no lo detuvieron. Su familia dice que sólo trabajaba en la construcción.
