Las escuelas estonias ya no enseñan en ruso – nivel 2

En Estonia hay muchos rusoparlantes que solían estudiar en ruso. Después de que Rusia atacara Ucrania, Estonia decidió que todos los estudiantes debían aprender ahora en estonio.

Las escuelas lo planearon durante años, pero fue difícil empezar. Algunos temían que a los rusoparlantes no les gustara el cambio. Victoria, que tiene ocho años, ahora estudia todo en estonio. Su madre habla algo de estonio y puede ayudarla, pero muchos niños tienen problemas porque sus padres sólo hablan ruso. Esto es difícil, sobre todo en lugares donde la mayoría de la gente habla ruso.

Antes, los alumnos que hablaban ruso iban peor en la escuela que los que hablaban estonio. Estonia tiene muy buenas escuelas, y el gobierno quiere que todos los alumnos tengan las mismas oportunidades. Victoria se esfuerza mucho porque quiere ir algún día a una universidad estonia.
