Margot es una mezcla de pit bull y bulldog americano, adoptada por Julia Zupan.

Alguien encontró a Margot sola en el aparcamiento de un Walmart y la llevaron a un refugio, donde Julia la vio por primera vez en una publicación de Facebook. Julia sintió una fuerte conexión y pronto se llevó a Margot a casa. Ahora, Margot se ha hecho famosa al ganar el título de Perro de Rescate más Guapo del Mundo en un concurso con otros 7.000 perros.

Julia estaba muy sorprendida por la victoria. Con el premio, Julia recibió 1.000 dólares y un año de comida gratis para perros, que donó al refugio que rescató a Margot.
