Los abogados afirman que Diddy utiliza sus negocios para llevar a mujeres y hombres por todo EEUU. Luego los obliga a realizar actividades sexuales. Diddy dice que no hace nada malo. Pero el juez puede enviarle a prisión para el resto de su vida. Su madre y sus hijas también están en el tribunal. El abogado de Diddy dice que todas las personas están de acuerdo con las acciones sexuales. Ha pedido al juez que impida que los medios de comunicación obtengan demasiada información.
