Tras un catastrófico incendio en 2019, la catedral de Notre Dame de París se embarcó en un meticuloso viaje de restauración de cinco años.
A pesar de enfrentarse a retos como retrasos por pandemias y cambios en la dirección, se han logrado avances significativos. La reciente retirada de los andamios reveló una nueva aguja adornada con un gallo dorado y una cruz, que marca un simbólico paso adelante en la resurrección de la catedral. Los esfuerzos de restauración han sido exhaustivos, incluyendo la reconstrucción del órgano, la selección de robles para la aguja y la restauración de las vidrieras. Las obras demuestran la dedicación a revivir este hito histórico.
A pesar de los contratiempos, el proyecto está en vías de completarse a finales de 2024, lo que supone un hito notable en la historia de la catedral.
