Mucha gente se pregunta por qué tenemos pelo en la cabeza. ¿Necesitamos pelo?

Tenemos pelo por razones importantes. El pelo mantiene a salvo nuestro cerebro. Nos mantiene calientes cuando hace frío. También ayuda a refrescarnos cuando hace demasiado calor fuera. El pelo mantiene los rayos UV alejados de nuestra piel. Los rayos UV no son saludables para nuestra piel. El pelo puede ser como unos bigotes que nos avisan de algo peligroso.

En el pasado, el pelo probablemente ayudaba a la gente a elegir a la pareja adecuada. Hoy en día no es tan importante. Pero tenemos sombreros. Pueden hacer la misma función que el pelo.
