Un átomo es lo más pequeño que la ciencia puede encontrar. El núcleo es el centro del átomo. Más de un núcleo son núcleos. La fisión nuclear es un proceso científico. Los núcleos de dos átomos chocan entre sí. Este choque produce mucha energía.
La gente puede hacer fisión nuclear. El proceso tiene lugar en centrales nucleares. La gente produce electricidad.
La fusión nuclear es otro proceso. El núcleo de un átomo pesado se divide durante la fusión nuclear. También produce mucha energía.
La fusión nuclear ocurre en todas las estrellas del universo. Durante muchos años, los científicos intentan realizar la fusión nuclear. Quieren conseguirlo. Su trabajo creará energía ilimitada para el mundo. Esta energía también será limpia.
No es fácil realizar la fusión nuclear. Muchas universidades y organizaciones de todo el mundo están trabajando en ello. Los científicos pueden hacer la fusión. Lamentablemente, no pueden iniciar la fusión. Necesitan mucha energía.
