El objeto más brillante del universo – nivel 2

Los científicos han descubierto el objeto más brillante del universo, y lo han bautizado como J0529-4351. Utilizaron el Very Large Telescope de Chile.
El objeto es un cuásar, un objeto muy grande que emite grandes cantidades de energía. Brilla 500 billones de veces más que el Sol y alberga el agujero negro de crecimiento más rápido jamás registrado por los científicos. La distancia a la Tierra es de 12.000 millones de años luz y acentúa el brillo del objeto.
Estos descubrimientos desafían todo lo que sabemos sobre el universo primitivo y cómo se formó. Sugieren que los agujeros negros se formaron poco después del Big Bang. Comprender esto podría ayudar a los científicos a averiguar qué ocurrió en los inicios del universo.
