Una mujer pasa 14 horas encima de su coche – nivel 3

Una mujer del norte de California se enfrentó a un angustioso calvario de 14 horas después de que su camioneta volcara en un arroyo crecido tras unas fuertes lluvias.
Las Operaciones Aéreas de la Patrulla de Carreteras de California utilizaron un helicóptero para rescatarla de las aguas torrenciales. Unas dramáticas imágenes mostraron a un técnico utilizando un arnés para sacarla del vehículo y ponerla a salvo. A pesar de pasar la noche encima del camión volcado, sólo sufrió heridas leves. En el rescate participaron varios organismos de emergencia, como la patrulla de carreteras y los bomberos locales.
Las lluvias recientes provocaron una crecida inesperada del arroyo Del Valle, que causó la situación de la mujer. Sorprendentemente, su decisión de subirse al coche le salvó la vida, y fue trasladada en helicóptero a un hospital para recibir tratamiento.
