La empresa se centra en la biotecnología y los microorganismos en un sistema cerrado llamado biorreactor. Consiguen transformar sustancias no proteicas en proteínas. El proceso especial de la empresa sólo dura un día. Fabrican un producto que tiene un sabor sabroso sin ninguna sensación desagradable en la boca después de comerlo.
La empresa puede producir grandes cantidades de proteínas. Planean vender su proteína en polvo a fábricas que producen pescado y comida para mascotas. Más adelante, desean fabricar también alimentos para personas.
