Europa establece normas más estrictas para la inteligencia artificial (IA). Las normas dicen cómo pueden utilizar la IA los gobiernos.

Estas normas se refieren a los sistemas que vigilan a las personas y a sistemas como ChatGPT. Europa será la primera en hacer estas leyes. Los dirigentes hablan durante mucho tiempo para acordar las normas. Los ordenadores deben estar claros antes de que las personas y las organizaciones puedan comprarlos. Compartirán cómo funcionan y lo que aprenden. La Comisión Europea debe conocer todos los incidentes y situaciones peligrosas.

Hay cámaras de vídeo especiales. Observan a las personas. Pueden escanear sus ojos. La nueva norma dice que la IA sólo puede vigilar a delincuentes o terroristas. No es posible vigilar a la gente en la calle.

Palabras difíciles: delincuente (persona que infringe las normas), terrorista (persona que hace daño a muchas otras personas).
