Amnistía para los separatistas catalanes – nivel 3

Los socialistas españoles han llegado a un acuerdo con el partido separatista catalán Junts, asegurándose su apoyo al gobierno a cambio de una controvertida amnistía.
La ley propuesta abarcará los acontecimientos relacionados con la campaña independentista de Cataluña desde 2012 hasta la actualidad, incluida la votación simbólica de 2014 y el referéndum ilegal de independencia de 2017. Este último condujo al encarcelamiento de nueve dirigentes separatistas, indultados posteriormente en 2021. Se prevé que la amnistía sea amplia, evitando nombres concretos de beneficiarios para ajustarse a la Constitución española. En particular, Carles Puigdemont, fundador de Junts y figura clave en los acontecimientos de 2017, podría beneficiarse.
La ley pretende abordar acciones judiciales contra centenares de personas, con una cobertura potencial estimada de 1.500 individuos vinculados a la causa separatista catalana.
