Se producen tres terremotos en el mundo en un día – nivel 2

El sábado por la mañana se produjeron tres fuertes terremotos en distintas partes del mundo. Sacudieron Papúa Nueva Guinea, México y Afganistán.
El terremoto más grave, de magnitud 6,3, sacudió Afganistán, cerca de la ciudad de Herat. Causó al menos 15 muertos y dejó 78 heridos. Lamentablemente, es posible que se produzcan más víctimas. Tras el primer terremoto, hubo tres sacudidas más fuertes. Hicieron caer edificios y atraparon a personas bajo los escombros. Afganistán sufre terremotos a menudo porque allí confluyen dos grandes trozos de la corteza terrestre, la placa India y la placa Euroasiática.
Antes del terremoto de Afganistán, México y Papúa Nueva Guinea también sintieron fuertes seísmos, con magnitudes de 6,3 y 6,7. Por suerte, no informaron de muertos ni heridos.
