Un reloj caro se vende en una subasta – nivel 3

El martes, un reloj Patek Philippe usado por el último emperador de la dinastía Qing de China se vendió por 6,2 millones de dólares en una subasta en vivo celebrada en Hong Kong.
La subasta, que duró unos siete minutos, tuvo lugar en la nueva sede de Phillips, en el West Kowloon Cultural de Hong Kong, y a ella asistieron predominantemente coleccionistas y representantes continentales y locales de Hong Kong. Aisin-Gioro Puyi, el último emperador de la dinastía Qing, había regalado el reloj a su intérprete Georgy Permyakov, que fue compañero de Puyi cuando estuvo encarcelado en la Unión Soviética entre 1945 y 1950. No se sabe cuándo ni cómo obtuvo Puyi el reloj, que fue terminado en 1937.
Un abanico de papel rojo, que Puyi inscribió personalmente y regaló a su intérprete en Tokio, también se vendió en subasta por 78.000 dólares.
